Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: April 25, 2025

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Social Nexus Creative handles purchases, service delivery, refunds, cancellations, and returns.

Order Fulfillment:
Social Nexus Creative provides digital services including branding, web development, and marketing. Fulfillment begins upon payment confirmation and service timelines are communicated directly to each client in writing.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if no work has been delivered and the cancellation request is made within 3 business days of purchase. Refund requests must be sent in writing to rob@socialnexuscreative.com.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel services at any time by contacting rob@socialnexuscreative.com. If the cancellation is made before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Once service delivery has started, cancellations will not result in a refund.

Return Policy (For Physical Products):
If we offer physical merchandise in the future, items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility. Contact rob@socialnexuscreative.com to initiate a return.
