Welcome to Social Nexus Creative. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Social Nexus Creative offers branding, marketing, web design, and other creative services. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice per client.

2. Payments All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are agreed upon before project commencement. Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.

3. RefundsDue to the nature of digital and creative services, all sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if the scope of work is not met as contractually defined.

4. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise stated in writing, Social Nexus Creative retains rights to the creative work and reserves the right to showcase deliverables in its portfolio. Clients may use all paid-for assets in their business as outlined in the service agreement.

5. User ConductYou agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

6. Limitation of LiabilitySocial Nexus Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
